PRESCHOOL TUITION & FEE SCHEDULE

Fees Due With Registration:

• Application Fee: $25.00 per child (non-refundable)

• Registration Fee: $150.00 per family (non-refundable)

• Tuition Deposit: First Month's Tuition - (50% is non-refundable)

• Extended Care:  If selected on the Application will be billed two weeks prior to the start of school.

Full Day Program: (9am - 3pm) Tuition Includes Two Snacks

Half Day Program: (9am - Noon) or (Noon - 3pm) Tuition Includes Snack (Space Limited)

Early Preschool (ages 2.5-3.5) - Must add Diapering Fees

Preschool (ages 3-4) - Must be Toilet Trained

Pre-K (ages 4-5) - Must be 4 years by August 31st

• Tuition payment is ONLY accepted via automatic credit card billing or automatic Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or check. No Cash will be accepted.

• Tuition is due in full regardless of vacations, illness or school closures.

• A 10% sibling discount is given to families with more than one child enrolled in TCP simultaneously.

• Extra days may be granted, space permitting, for an additional fee. Part time days may not be traded for other times or days.

• Activity Fees and other incremental fees are not included in the monthly tuition.  Discounts do not apply to Fees

• Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $10.00 per day will be charged after the 1st of the month. Late fees are charged to your account each day payment is late. Payment for all late fees is due when you pay your tuition. All families are expected to keep their accounts current.

EXTENDED CARE

Extended care is available to students before and after school between the hours of 7:00-9:00 a.m. and 3:00-6:00 p.m. Extended care is set at one monthly price, as parents with students enrolled in extended care may come and go as needed. Children will be under excellent supervision and engaged in a variety of activities such as games, arts and crafts, and free-play time.

2010-2011 Extended Care Rates: (Added to school tuition)

Registration for current families will take place in January of each year. Open enrollment takes place in February. Required paperwork must be submitted along with registration fees.
